We’re constantly talking ourselves into and out of everything we want.

Mostly, we’re unaware of it.

Many of us don’t know how it works.

Some of us think it’s this complicated thing that only “some” people can do, or, are even allowed to do… silly humans.

It’s not something you do — it’s what you are.

And, how you’re being.

It’s so simple we tend to miss it — hidden in plain sight, right under our nose.
