Dude, it’s a Game…

AN INNER GAME PLAYED BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR IDENTITY.

Not sure about you, but I’ve been around the block in the “personal development” space for more years than I care to admit.

Even when other people’s “answers” sorta fit, it’s still not quite right for me. Think Oprah, Tony Robbins, Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, and all the others you’ve looked into and or up to, sought out… whether they are “known” or unknown.

Even the old school ones, Jung to Joseph Murphy, the stoics, the sages and gurus, the great great great grandfathers and grandmothers of mystical thought and spiritual leadership, as well as the philosophers and thinkers.

To your parents, grandparents, and that one teacher/coach who took you under their wing…

The different schools of thought, from psychology to spirituality to high-performance training to stoicism to the darker “arts” and mystery schools.

I’ve looked through damn near all of it, enough to get a “picture” or understand the landscape these different perspectives are coming from.

Some of their “ways” fit… sorta.

After immersing myself in “study” for over three decades, I realized that what I was looking for were “My answers.” not someone elses.

What I was looking for was my own way.

Sure, using the perspectives of those who had “figured it out” for themselves — those who had come before —

But ultimately, I sought to figure myself out (me, my “self,” and I).

(And that right there is the magic and the trick.)

So I could get myself aligned with myself, and stop struggling against myself.

Figure out how to stop getting in my own way, screwing up my life, and find that elusive “happy” so many people talk about.

Yep. I wanted success, love, peace of mind, autonomy, and all the other shit that seems synonymous with being “happy.”

If you made it this far, I believe you have enough context of me and my world that I can only assume that you DIG what this is all about.
