It’s All About —
Communication.
*Author’s note ~ there is and has been quite a bit of repetition, there’s a lesson or two in that. Stick around, we’ll pull that riddle apart so you can see them.
- We’re constantly talking ourselves into and out of everything we want.
- We do so on autopilot.
- We’ve become programmed.
We won’t point fingers and identify a common enemy or villain to blame — that’s not the point, not here, not now, and it’s not needed. Simply recognize that you are operating programs that you picked up somewhere or installed at some point.
In the “right here, right now, in real-time” of this experience, there’s too much “info” available to process or compute all at once, and our “hardware” isn’t able to do that yet. So we’re designed to recognize patterns and create automatic reactions when we encounter those patterns.
The human animal, animus, automaton, character, actor, player… is designed to encounter information, turn those encounters into patterns based on the meaning that particular human gives those encounters, and then create “coping mechanisms” to deal with their experience efficiently and effectively.
Understanding that mechanism allows us to use it to get what we want and less of what we don’t want.
This mechanism can be turned into an equation, and this is how we create and run these programs.
(Think + Feel + Do) = (Be. Have.)…
or… behave…
(BeHavior).
The output of that equation is how you are “Being” and what you are “Having” – in other words, what you are “Getting.”
The act of that… your behavior. Or, how you act, is what you are always broadcasting — your thoughts, your feelings, your actions… is what you are communicating to yourself and the rest of us.
The output of your behavior is WHAT you are being and WHAT you are getting (having).
How you are being, who you are being like, and how you are acting have created your experience, including what you like/love about your life and yourself and what you don’t like about it.
Get it?
Figure out how to run that equation in order to get what you want, practice it until it’s automatic, and you have effectively rewritten your “program.”
“If you seek to change the world, change yourself.”
“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
